Rama Nama Tarakam

This hymn glorifies the sacred name of Lord Rama and celebrates the spiritual power contained in the divine names of Rama, Krishna, and Vasudeva. The repeated chanting of 'Rama' is described as a ‘taraka mantra’—a sacred name that has the power to carry the soul across the ocean of worldly existence and suffering.
