This lively devotional hymn celebrates the lotus-like feet of the dark-hued Divine Mother, referred to as Shyama. The repeated 'pio pio pio' evokes the sweetness of honey and the intoxication of divine love, capturing the ecstatic mood of devotion.

The hymn compares the devotee’s mind to a honeybee, constantly drawn to the sweet nectar of the Mother’s grace. The flow of her blessings is described as unceasing, an endless stream of divine nectar (amritadhara) that nourishes the soul both day and night.

The lines convey a sense of overwhelming joy and surrender: the devotee gazes constantly at the Mother’s face, unable to resist her charms, and calls out 'Taara Taara Taara,' celebrating her beauty and divine presence. The hymn captures the ecstatic, playful, and blissful nature of devotion, emphasizing total absorption in the Mother’s love.
